Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account details, protect your login credentials, and use only accounts and records you are authorized to access. Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, misuse tracking links, interfere with the service, or submit false delivery or driver records. Account applications may require administrator approval.

Driver safety and compliance

Use the app only when safe. Stop in a safe place before interacting with it. Route estimates do not establish that a road is suitable for a commercial vehicle; check height, weight, traffic and other restrictions independently.

Bravo Logz currently provides advisory manual duty logs. It is not a registered, self-certified ELD and must not replace your carrier-approved logging system. Baseline HOS clocks do not support every exemption or rule set, including split-sleeper rules. Dispatch approval does not itself create a lawful exception or permission to drive.

Deliveries and payments

Delivery prices, payment terms, cancellation arrangements and refunds are governed by the applicable order or business agreement. Review amounts before confirming payment. Payment providers handle payment processing through their own services.

Your content and privacy

Upload only information you have the right to provide. We process that information to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request account and associated data deletion at Delete account.

Availability and support

Connectivity, location accuracy, external services and maintenance can affect availability. Keep required backup records and follow your carrier's outage procedures. Report service issues to jadha50@gmail.com. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
